Our structure consists of five (5) Divisions and three (3) programmes.  The Permanent Secretary is the Accounting Officer and advises the Honourable Minister for Social Services, Community Development and Gender Affairs, who is responsible for direction on policy matters.  The Permanent Secretary also supervises Heads of Division who co-ordinate, manage and work with a team of technical, clerical and other ancillary staff.

The work force of the Ministry, excluding Village Council Clerks and Sanitary Labourers, comprises 67 established and 94 Non-Established staff or a total of one hundred and sixty one (161) people.
